  • We won't stifle you with technical detail or try to make projects look more difficult than they are.
  • We won't try to sell you any additional hardware or software to 'bump-up' our revenue. We are professional consultants, if you need something, we can advise you where you can get it from.
  • We won't force you into 'deadly-embrace' support contracts for our software.
  • We will keep you informed of project progress and costs.
  • We won't take on more work than we can handle
  • We will agree a fixed-price up-front for any fully specified development project. No hidden nasties, and no cut corners.
  • We will agree terms with your preferred support agents to support our software after commissioning.

As a service provider, we know that we can never actually 'close' a deal with you. For us it isn't a matter of sending a salesman to get a signature on the dotted line and then moving onto the next sale. In fact, we don't employ salesmen. When you deal with us you will be dealing with technical professionals at each stage of the process from the initial discussions until after your solution is deployed.

This doesn't mean that we will bamboozle you with technical information. Everybody is happy to talk to other technical professionals directly such as Lawyers and Doctors, and we're no different. Cutting out the salesman means that your requirements get directly through to where it matters. You won't receive the salesman's glib "I'm sure they can do that. Is next week ok for delivery?", only to find out later that it's impractical, or impossible without a large injection of cash.
